I'll tell you why people are laughing at your price --
$29.5K is the price of a NEW 2003 CL Type S with <10 miles on it. Honestly, this isn't even a great price, it's pretty close to invoice, and the CL was going below this 6-12 months ago.
Aftermarket parts do little to increase the value of your car. No one is going to pay the part+labor price of your parts.
I would guess that a reasonable place to start would be blue book value of the car + 1/4 - 1/2 the wholesale cost of the aftermarket parts.
KBB for your car ranges between $19.5K and $22.9K. No one will pay you anything extra for your plugs, sills, lightbulbs, or ground system. If your tires are in excellent condition, maybe an increase of $100-$200. For the remainder of your mods (intake, exhaust, headers, baselink), maybe you can increase your premium $500-$1000.
If you part out your aftermarket modifications, you'll recoup more of their value, otherwise you'll eat it.
Based on these numbers, I cannot see this car for more then $25K, and I'd guess that $23-$24K is more of a reasonable bargaining point, assuming the car is in excellent condition.
Just giving my

Do some research before posting and you won't be getting such a hard time. Slimey's numbers are very accurate, try giving them a shot.

I just paid $24K for mine (about 2 weeks ago). It's an 03 CL-S 6 speed (no nav). It has 16K on it ... bone stock with a rear spoiler and tinted windows. I over paid a bit but I really wanted the Anthracite color ... plus, it's a certified Acura (7/100K on the drive train and an extra 12/12K on the bumper-to-bumper).
I'm amazed at how fast this thing is ... I remember being impressed with how well my Vigor drove but WOW!

Is this a fair comparison: purchased 2/1/04. 2003 CL Type S. 1,350 miles. No nav. Red/parchment, 6spd. Dealer installed: spoiler, gold package, wood/leather steering wheel, 18" chrome wheels/tires. Original owner installed Kenwood stereo with 300w x 4 amp. Paid $24,500 to a dealer (not the Acura store that originally sold it).
