FS: MSD Digital RPM Window Switch w/Tach
#1
FS: MSD Digital RPM Window Switch w/Tach
FS: MSD Digital Rpm Window Switch w/ Tach Part Number: 8969
This will come in the original box along with the instructions manual. This item is new. I opened it and was going to install it, but never did. I was going to use this to activate the butterfly plenum on the dual intake manifold on my TL, but funds have rendered me from doing this project. This is by far the coolest digital RPM Switch I have found. $80 shipped anywhere in the U.S.
You can do a search for MSD Digital RPM switch 8969 to see a general picture. If you would like to see an actual picture, pm me your e-mail addy.
More info on this product is below.
This Switch will accept an input rpm signal from a coil negative terminal (for stock ignitions), a tach output from an ignition control, an ECU tach output or even a 5 volt tach signal. Another great feature is that no rpm modules are needed! The rpm activation points are programmed by simply scrolling through the LED display to your desired rpm amounts. This also works as a Tach (displays RPM).
The Switch has two outputs; one Normally Open, the other is Normally Closed. It can be programmed from 200 rpm to 15,000 rpm in 100 rpm increments. It can be used with an input voltage of 9 - 18 volts. This product has an output that will: Provide or Remove ground at the desired RPM Window that is adjusted digitally.
