FS: HP DV2214US Laptop

I havent had this PC very long but I gotta let it go. It retailed for $999.99 with a $150 rebate. The only thing I changed on the specs was the OS. I took vista off of it and installed XP on it. This is a great laptop and fast to. Battery life is great to.

Yeah XP runs much faster. I am not a fan of Vista but we'll see how its first service pack does.

Also forgot to mention it will also come with a year of Norton Internet Security 2008 and Webroot Spysweeper.

Its all preference. Alot of people have older programs that dont work with XP. Some are just soo used to using it. Vista is new and has some issues, but SP1 is comming out soon for it.
