yes it should fit all CL. But I"m not sure what's rotora BBK?

pretty sure they're 13" rotors, not sure w/ the calipers though, i know the stock 17s fit w/ a 5mm spacer

Yes they fit all TL except those pre-99 2.5 TL. They have nothing wrong, they are brand new!

they weight around 24lbs.
