More importantly it allow you to manage your fuel, by being able to add more fuel or lean it out for gains. This device requires dynotuning to get proven gains. I have this exact vafc in my accord and after tuning I gained 10whp and 8wtq. What was really nice about it, is how it smoothed out my powerband. Now my power delivery is clean when I punch it.

How hard is it to hook up? How much did it cost you to dynotune it? Thanks.

I got a plug and play harness for my accord, which cost 100$ from a guy off of my forums. All I had to do is wire up the v-afc to the harness and disconnect the plugs that are going into my pcm and that was it. Took me 15 minutes or so to wire everything up, all the wires were labeled to the coresponding color on the v-afc. All you have to do to reach your pcm is pull the rug back on the passenger side near where the dash and center console meet. There is a DIY at v6p.net.

If you do not have a plug and play harness you will need to do some wire splicing and you cannot remove the v-afc easily. Trust me you're going to want a harness.

As for dynotuning that cost me 175$ and I got 6 runs in. I actually have them on dvd. My car runs a lot better overall. It is worth the money. For a CL or TL depending on what mods you have I bet you could get 15whp and probably around 15wtq with all bolt-ons(ie. i/h/e/p). But more importantly after you smooth out your powerband your car will more be responsive and cleaner.
