They're the original valve covers off of my 2005 Acura TL and will fit 04-08 Acura TL's.

The front valve cover has the spot for the heat shield by the cat, but the rear cover does not have one. Also they could use some new seals for the spark plug holes, a few on the rear cover are damaged.

The valve covers don't weigh that much, my price includes shipping and my guess is it's going to be at least $20 for me to ship them. I'm in Hawaii so zip doesn't matter everywhere in the US is zone 8 from here unless you're in Hawaii as well.

The heat shields were added in 07-08 and the valve covers from 04-06 don't have the mounting points on them to add the heat shields.

It just happens that my front valve cover does have the spot, but the rear valve cover does not have the mounting locations to mount the heat shield onto the valve cover.

I bought my car as a CPO in late 2007 so I think maybe they may have changed out the front valve cover at some point in time since mine is an 05 the front VC should not have the spot for the heat shield.

Would just need gaskets, I could let it go for $85 picked up, but I'm in Hawaii so that's not very practical unless you're in Hawaii as well.

If the manifold pattern on the top of the runners on the J32A2 is the same as the J32A3 it would fit. I know it'll fit a 4G TL as well since I have a 4G manifold on my car and it's the same.
