Unfortunately, circumstances dictate that I must sell my beloved 2004 TL. I just purchased a vacation home in the Lake Tahoe area and need a vehicle that is capable of hauling more gear and has 4WD to get up the mountains in the winter. I just purchased a used 2003 Toyota 4Runner Sport V8 4X4 for this purpose. Certainly not as nice a vehicle as the TL, but far more practical for my new lifestyle. Too bad I didn’t predict any of this last December when I acquired the TL! I can't afford to keep both vehicles.

Anyway, my TL is a non-NAV, 5AT, Anthracite/Ebony model. It was purchased 12/30/03. It currently has approximately 8800 miles on it, although this figure will go up slightly as it is test driven by prospective buyers. It just had its first oil change and the computer currently shows 70% oil life remaining. The car is in immaculate condition except for one minor item. My wife curbed it once on the passenger side and dinged both rims a little. The damage is only at the edge of the rims and could easily be repaired by a wheel shop. It's hard to even see it unless if you know it's there.

I paid $34,690 for it with all accessories, not including the rims/tires and clear bra, so I’ve got about $36,500 into it. I have a confirmed offer from a co-worker for $28K and that would be my bottom line. I’m motivated to sell, but would like to get more like $30K for the car.
