It will fit any year CL 2.2 and I think those were the 1996 and 1997 of first generation Acura CL, after that Acura switched to the CL 2.3 which used the updated bumped up 2.3L Vtec 4cyl. version engine for the first generation CL rebadged as the CL 2.3.

Bottom line is that any 2.2L Vtec engine based 96 - 97 Honda Accord EX, or 96 - 97 Acura CL 2.2 is what this intake is good for.
