Custom One of a Kind Tucktech Engine Harness

Category: Engine - Electrical
Price: $500
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part Fits (you may select multiples): CL 2G, TL 2G, Other Honda/Acura, Type-S Model
Location (State/Prov/Terr): IL
Item Condition: Brand New

Have a custom Tucktech Harness to run AEM EMS2 on j32a2 or j35a3. This is a one of a kind part. To get it made, had to send oem harness to Tucktech. Not sure if I really want to sell it, but need money to buy my mom a $3k exhaust for her M3 and a $2k wing for my CL. Might change my mind and keep it if not purchased quickly.

Will also include all the extra parts from auto motor to convert. All these items cost well over the $500 asking price to get.

Here is Tucktech facebook page:

Bought harness from 1foxbody. Can find info on it in these threads.

gonna be tough selling this to "beginners to modding"...

If I had tempted fate with messing with tuning, I'd probably be interested...but alas, I'd rather just be happy with what the car can do as is. Good luck with the sale, man.

A 3K exhaust for Mom!?!? She must be cool!

Yea I wanna surprise her with an inconel stainless steel exhaust for e92 M3 for Christmas. Will sound amazing.

Won't be surprised if there is no interest in this part on this site. If it doesn't sell I will just use it.

Posted on j32a.com also.

You won't see custom harnesses posted for sale on Azine barely ever.

I'll be in the market for a harness exactly like that one once I get my Accord harness done first. I'm having Wire-Worx do a mil-spec harness for me that integrates Hondata CPR and a wideband and just can't spring both at the moment.

I was wondering where I was going to have to go to have one made, but now I know! If you don't have it sold in a couple of months, I'll ask you about it.

Never heard of wire-worx. Mil-spec huh. That has to be pricey. Don't remove my engine enough to warrant that.

If it doesn't sell before christmas I might just keep it. Would be a pain getting another one made.

Wonder if Tucktech would be able to do something similar with the J32A3, given that its DBW...

Please keep comments limited to my sale only. This is not the place for discussion on your platform and don't want my thread swamped with useless posts.

The quick disconnect connector is just one component of a "mil-spec" harness. There are many other things that go into a harness that are considered mil-spec that most people don't care about because they only care about that connector.

I say this because your harness has some of those qualities. It has service loops at the main connectors, it's covered in Raychem sleeving to keep it protected up to 200-C, it's labeled at all connectors and the heat-shrink tubing is adhesive lined to weatherproof it. I'd say that's pretty "mil-spec" if you ask me. It's really a work of art.

Good info. I am no electrical/harness expert but everything I put on my cars is top quality.

If anyone has questions I can't answer you can contact tucktech or pm me then I can contact them.

Looks like I was right, not any interest at all. Not even 1 PM about it. You can close this thread Ron A, it is pointless trying to sell on here. I will just keep it.
