I had a custom set of VOLK GT-7's done...I was going to use them for my track wheels but went with some 16" rims that were able to clear my bbk instead.

2pc FORGED Volk GT-7 *MINT* CONDITION.
MATTE Black Face and GLOSS Black lips.

5x114.3 (will clear BBK)
18x8 and 18x9....with a 43 offset all around.
4x Carbon Fiber center caps.

Rims alone cost over $3,200, + the cost of the custom finish.

take them for only 1600!

Yup..the FULL rim barrel was powder coated in Gloss black...the face was Powder coated in Matte black. I don't believe in painting wheels, I seen some bad chipping when people go cheap and paint them instead of powder coating.

they came with the standard GT-7 center caps...look like these

18" will fit more rides than 19" making them more saleable. You may be having a hard time selling the 19's because there aren't so many people out there that can run them to begin with. Even those than can run 19's may choose not to because the cost of rubber is so much higher than 18's or even 20's.
Supply and demand says you have a smaller market and that will usually mean a lower price.

very nice set of rims. they don't look that good on TL with the silver finish, but THIS finish will look really nice on our TL!!! too bad they're not 19s....
