I am looking to buy a stock/cheap exhaust for the 3rd gen TL, or i will trade my XLR8 base exhaust w/ aero resonator for your stock exhaust plus cash. Locals only and we will do all work at my garage.

 

are you looking for base or type s. are you looking for fully stock exhaust or stage 3 will do

 

Stage 3 would be perfect. and i prefer base because it will be cheaper and i wont need any modifications.

 

its quite funny cause i have a stage 3 base exhaust sitting behind me. its also funny cause i am itching for the excelerate exhaust. do you have pics of the excelerate exhaust?

My main question is you have the base rear right, because i have the type s rear so there would be a huge gap.

Yes i have the base rear, and i had this exhaust on my old type s bumper and from what i remember the gap wasnt that big and it didnt look bad at all.

I have automatic with brembos, so idk if that will matter with fitment on your car. and i already have any exhaust so i wont be needing a swap anymore.

$700 installed is badass for that exhaust. about $100 for labor, and $600 for the exhaust, whats better than that

I have my stock exhaust of my 04 but I already have XLR8 quads coming. If you install my quads +150 bucks you can keep my stock exhaust. I'd install it myself but imagine its easier since you have a lift.

 

how loud is the exhaust compared to comptech, greddy, atlp and tanabe?
