i cant remember off hand but im 99% sure it doesnt expire. i think its clrdiff or something of that sort. if you googled it im sure you could find it in a forum post somewhere. i believe jnc gave it to me when i got it

Why don't you contact Simon at Unique Style and see if he would take back a return rather than lose the 40 bucks. I called and spoke to a girl who was very nice and he was great to deal with (for my racing pedals).
