Rotors and pads for 08 TL-S

Hey Guys,
Haven't been on here for a while. Question: any good suggestions for pads and rotors (rear) for my 08 TL-S? Brand and supplier? I've used stoptech, ferodo and PFC on my other cars with great satisfaction but haven't checked availability for the TL.

Car is driven daily so not looking for trackstar performance levels. Cold bite is more important for my daily commute. And of course, reasonable cost. Stealer quoted me $650+tax for rears (P&L, pads and rotors). Who knows..tell me if this is even reasonable.

thx

any pads and rotor combo will stop the car with great results.
you can use those brands you mentioned, as they are great.

even the rotor and pad combo from autozone(or your equivalent parts store in canda is great)

dont think too hard, and dont get the uber cheap chinese products and you'll be fine with whatever you choose.

Q-George,

What did you end up going with?
I'm having a tough time finding stoptech components from local shops around Toronto.

I just bought a stoptech slotted kit from excelerate for my 07 TL-S and its awesome so far. Initial bite doesn't feel that aggressive, its actually very smooth and linear.. although make no mistake those things manage to stop the car with serious haste. Definitely better then the junk I got with the car.

They're working great in cold and snow so far if that's any help.

Got hit with $130 of duties and brokerage fees on pick up though so that sucked, but oh well. Free health care right?
