Video and Picture taking help....

hey im totally new at photography. but i really want to do one of the shots with a avideo camera where you have in behind the front wheel. so that it sits there and gets the wheel moving back and forth, while driving....how do i do that? how do i mount it.

also i have questions with my camera, and how to get slower shutter speed to take those cool photos, and how to get the best night shots.
the camera i have is a Sony DSC-H1, its a 5.1 megapixel, and it takes video too. so its what i would like to use for the moving side wheel shot.

any help is appreciated.

You'd need a suction mount to be able to take those kinds of shots. It'll run you a couple hundred bucks...

For night photos: look for a setting called "Shutter priority AE" in your camera. That will let you select a long exposure time and the camera will select the aperture automatically for you. You'll need a tripod to prevent camera shake though.
