Taking blinkless group photos

This is kinda interesting, just saw it in popular science:

Basically it's a formula for roughly how many pictures to take to get a blinkless photo. An interesting idea.

The neatest idea I've seen was at a friend's wedding.

They photographer took a huge picture containing everyone at the wedding.

Her technique? She had everyone close their eyes, smile, and then she did a three count or something, and had everyone open their eyes on two.
