some Vegas shots...

my wife and i just took our second trip to Vegas this past week...i only took a few pictures while there since we both weren't feeling too well (of course we feel sick the week we go to Vegas)...so here's a couple of shots to look at...

besides removing that glaring light in the top-right corner of the last image, are there any comments or suggestions as far as enhancing or getting creative with these shots, especially the night ones? ...yes i can always enhance the colors in the daytime pics, but with the night shots, there's really no natural light to play with and i don't want to ruin a good picture by adding some enhancements to it if i don't have...

thanks for looking!

higher iso will make it grainier, i'd stick with a lower iso and a longer shutter.

Love the pictures, brings back memories from 2 years back when I went to Vegas with the family. Going back there this thanksgiving after I turn 21 myself.

My wife and I were there 2 weeks ago, the weather was perfect!

Good shots of "Sin Sity" (I would crop the right side of the last though). You can get lost in Caesars it's so big Did you get down to the Wynn? That is the best looking casino imho. Some good shots can be had at sunset there.

I took this shot from near the top of the Wynn looking west.

P.S. We came back with less money than we went with.

thanks everyone...

yes, the mandalay bay pic stuck out in my mind too as being too dark...it was the only shot i didn't set the shutter speed for longer...i shot everything at ISO 100 and wasn't about to go any higher...

we went through caesar's again and yes, that place is HUGE! ...i lose all sense of direction while walking through that place...

we made it to the wynn this time and you're right, it is probably the best looking casino out there...they're almost done with building Encore, a brother to the Wynn...

we stayed at the South Point Hotel and Casino this time (Bally's the first time)...South Point is a 4-star hotel 5 miles south of Mandalay Bay on Las Vegas Blvd....you pay 1/3 of the price for your room as opposed to staying at a major hotel around everything else on the strip, get a free shuttle ride from airport to hotel and vice-versa, free shuttle ride to the strip and back, but make up for it with walking once you get there...

here's 3 images i shot the first time we went...the Vegas lookout shot was from the Statosphere, but it came out a lil blurry, so it looks best when it's smaller in size...
