Does anyone know if Lightroom or CS3 allows installation on two machines? I seem to remember being surprised that one did, but I can't remember which one, and would love to load LR onto my netbook... TIA.

 

I believe LR allows for the installation on 2 machines.

I know older version of CS did as well.

 

you should be fine with running LR on two machines...i think it only gets mad when you try to run a networked catalog and more than one machine to access it...read here...

i've actually never heard of not being able to run CS3 on more than one machine...if all else fails, just don't make both of your machines in the same workgroup on your LAN...then adobe will never know another copy exists on the second machine...

 

Your netbook is going to struggle with that though....

 

CS3 can definitely be installed on multiple machines. Actually, it can be installed on an infinite number of machines, but only active on two or three at a time.

 

Lr can be used on two machines, it can be used on a PC and a Mac

CS can be used on two machines as well, but you only get PC or Mac.
