If you use flickr as a host, you can download the flickr uploadr that will automatically resize them for you. Other than that, you can record a resize action in photoshop then run it as a batch through bridge.

Do you have Digital Photo Professional? (Sorry, I don't know what camera you've got, & I'm too lazy to go try to find out ) If you do (comes with Canon DSLR's & maybe other Canon cams), you can select all photos in a given folder & use the "batch process" function to resize everything at once.

ohh man probably shouldve checked out what software came with the XTi, anyways it wouldnt matter anyways cause the discs are at home on my regular computer

anyways yes it does do batch jobs you just select whatever images you want like you would if you were to copy and paste them and then it resizes them to preset settings or custom settings, which i had to do cause the preset sizes were like 640x480 when the aspect ratio of the XTi isnt 4:3, only thing ive noticed is that some of the pictures you can notice the loss of quality on resizing. anyways gonna take ages to resize the 600 pictures. ima get started now

yep, just select all the pics you want to resize, then right click on one of them and choose "resize pictures".

The key question is what kind of resizing algorithm does your resizer use.

Ive never used that Powertoy, I wonder what options it has. Dont feel like installing it just to find out. OK I installed it on my work pc to see. Ugh it has like NO options as far as algorithm is concerned. :< and, it says nothing about batch jobs anywhere..

it doesn't say anything about batch jobs because it works the same whether you do 1 pic or 100. It just resizes all the selections.
