Holy crap Srika! Nice work!!! I'm guessing 500mm+ worth of focal length on a few of those. Were you carrying around long glass or do you have an uber-stretch digicam?

BTW - This thread is really making me want to bite the bullet and finally by a grad ND filter. I've been putting it off.

and this one is one of my all time favs. helped with the merging.
it's 15 shots, no tripod of Montreal from Mont Royal. I have printed this image, and it's about 14feet long and 9inches tall.
the weird color banding seems to have been a problem with the camera (CanonD60) which i returned following this trip.

somewhat close.
it's a pic on the beach in Bermuda at night, during a full moon. I did a series of long exposures and the results reminded me a lot of a moonscape.

Here's one of mine. Not necessarily my best in terms of technical skills, but can't beat the irony and simplicity of this one! Always makes people laugh or think.

Just curious, do any of you have any photographers that you consider to be inspirations?
I find almost all of the work that appears in Outdoor Photographer magazine to be inspiring, but tops on my list would have to be the late Galen Rowell

Beautiful Pictures... I'm thinking it's time to retire the old HP 318 (2Mp), and get a new Canon, but I can't decide with one to get (was looking at the a95, but the S2 looks good).
Mom's house (taken from the roof of the garage - shingling a roof is hard work).

Didn't realize people would post so many of their own, so here are a few more of mine. Not great quality as most are just digipics of the actual photo itself (scanner's broken).
Trumpet
At the cottage. Just snapped this quickly before I left...didn't really set up the shot.
Car nut.
My dog pondering life outside in the snow
Actual picture is darker with better contrast. This is a digipic of the real pic.
Realized after I hit the shutter - camera was still on self-timer...prayed for a nice shot for the ten secs.
Father and son.
