includes a ridiculously fast RAW viewer.. it's a separate program where you can just double-click on a RAW file anywhere and it opens sized-to-fullscreen in a darkened interface and you can use the arrow keys to go through em. real handy for scanning through archived files.

It also has other nice touches such as the Mosaic mode.

I used the mosaic mode for the last contest. Pretty nice for a freebie.

Also, the web album has a feature with face recognition (not just detection). It allows you to have Google scan through each of your pictures to look for a certain person's face and catalogue them. You have to confirm that all the results are valid, but it sure beats searching through all your pics trying to find pictures with "Uncle Bob" in them. This would be great for mom and pops that don't use any metadata. (or folks like me that don't use enough keywords.

I'm going to give this a try on a few to see how well it works.

Great suggestion! Cataloguing (sp?) is my weakness. Have 17,000 pics on my hard drive. All backed up...
