Nikon D50 or Canon Digital Rebel XT

I was thinking.
Currently, I'm using a friends Canon Digital Rebel XT, and I absolutely love it. I also have a Sigma 15mm F2.8 EX DG DIAGONAL Fisheye Lense I happened to be lucky enough to get for free at my work's lost and found.

Anyway, I was thinking about purchasing the camera for myself lately, and I was thinking, either sell the Fisheye Lense, and have a good amount of money, and get the Nikon D50 6.1 Megapixel, SLR, Digital Camera Kit with 18-55mm DX Zoom Nikkor Lens and 55-200 DX Zoom Nikkor Lens for 790+shipping. Or keep the Lense and get a Digital Rebel XT for myself. The reason for me selling the lense, is because I want to buy a set of coilovers, and a few other things, but money's holdin' me back. Should I sell the fisheye lense, and get the Nikon D50 w/ the two lenses provided, and get the coilovers, or should I keep the Fisheye and buy a Digtal Rebel XT and wait on the coilovers?

Your opinion oh mighty Acurazine members.

I know CCC's gonna kick my ass for posting this.

Btw, would anyone be interested in the Fisheye Lense if I do happen to sell it?
Wouldn't know how much to sell it for, but here are a few examples of it being on the XT.

Now I'm not the greatest photographer, and I'm sure someone who has more experience can do much much more with this lense.

you should keep the fisheye buy a canon and get coilovers later. i dont see how sellin the fisheye is saving you any money. isnt the rebel xt like 700 or so.

All we have in lost and found is a torn mitten, half a twix bar from 1987, and some plastic thing with goop on it...

That's what photoshop is for!

Photoshop coilovers > *

I'm not a fan of the D50, but the D80 is nice. Between the XT and the D50 I would take the XT. It's a lot harder to decide between the XTi and the D80 though.

In either case, I would sell the fisheye and buy something you're more likely to use, like a wide angle zoom.

You could probably get $225 for it. They sell for $300 new on ebay...
