Need some photoshop help
Hey all,
So here is the deal, I did some senior photos for my brother. They came out really good, and we liked a lot of them. He needs one for the actual yearbook however, and this is where I need help.
Here are the regulations the school gave my parents for the picture they choose to submit:
-Digital file
-2"x2.5"
-Vertical orientation
-1.25" from the top of the head to the chin
-uncompressed Tiff or JPEG file at 350dpi
This is right off the schools sheet and doesn't make much sense to me, so I am hoping some of you guys can help. I mean I get what they are saying to me but I am not sure how to crop the photo into inches and stuff like that.
The photo itself is good, but I would need someone who can help me by removing a black piece of fuzz from my brother's collar in the photo.

Go to Image (up top) and then Image Size I think...
It'll bring up a box and where it has the dimensions next to them will be a drop down box, you need to choose inches and then enter the dimensions as needed.
As for making the chin so far from the top, click View and bring up some rulers.
