Thumbs up First DSLR Camera: Nikon D90 w/18-105mm Lens

I finally ordered my D90, and I was hoping I could get some links or tips on taking pictures and/or using the D90.

I went with the 18-105mm lens for the diversity. I'm not very good at picture taking, but I bought this camera to learn. Are there any online tutorials you guys can point me to? What about editing software? I currently use Photoshop.

TIA

Congrats PS will do just fine. And let me say "Understanding Exposure" by Bryan Peterson, just under $20, it will help a lot.

For the camera itself, you might want to take a look at this. I have his guide for the D700, it's a lot of information but so far a great read.

Thanks for the help guys. I went out and got "Understanding Exposure" by Bryan Peterson today. What a great book this is! I think this will give me a great starting point, and more importantly, it will help me to know what questions to ask regarding dSLR picture taking.

How about a raw editor? Any recommendations? Once I get set up, I will take some pictures and post them up.
