Do you pixel peep?

This is actually an old "game" played in engineering - especially since the advent of CAD. You see what you can draw in a plan sheet without anyone noticing it. They end up looking like a tiny spec until you zoom in to find a dinosaur or something/
I pixel peep with everything
I found my friend who photographed my wedding has two hot pixels (green and blue) when the ISO is cranked above 800. My D300 tends to leave white spots when using 1600+ ISO
Though that's nothing I can't clone brush to fix.
I am very anal though when I get any new device that has an LCD display, I can't stand dead/hot pixels.

Given how easy it is with digital photography, it's hard not to blow images up and scrutinize them, but I try to do it as little as possible, as in quick checks for sharpness. It's pointless if you do it too much, and I think a lot of people do it to the exclusion of everything else, like, you know, photography. Read: DPReview denizens.
