Delta-it's GREAT to see you're still hangin' out on Acurazine. I haven't seen you posting in the Auto Sections, so it's good to see you here!
Great club shots-with women and costumes like that, it's a shame Halloween only comes once a year!

thanks for all the compliments guys,i appreciate them all!
i would aim generally around 45* up(and sometimes out via vertical shots), never directly at the person, with my stofen on the flash. i used rear sync in prob every pic posted.

Cool yesterday I got to test out some rear curtain sync. Its pretty fun I think i went a bit crazy on the effects like 1 - 2 seconds for someof the dark ambient to get in.
but it was fun the ceilings are tricky. some of them are nice and flat but black so had to push out more power.
Other parts were pits that shot no light on them. Af with the d300 was pretty good i only got stuck a few times getting lock how about you?

Hey delta any other pointers you would give for others shooting at a club =P
i'm trying see what other people say about using a on camera flash diffuser or bracket cuz some places the ceilings are way to high to bounce and i'm not happy with shooting with just the stofen or bounce card.
Any suggestions?

i would say composition is a key factor, bad poses or group photos with gaps between random people can ruin a shot, and bunny ears...lol
ive noticed i get similar results with or without the stofen depending on the angle of the flash..its really up to you i think to be creative with your flash (its what im learning about myself anyway)
