yeah, if you upload a new version of a photo it kills the links. that's the flickr people being lazy, that sh*t should have been working so you can replace photos and the links get updated automatically by now.

Replacing flickr photos is always tricky. The thing I hate the most is:
- Post photo to flickr via LR4 with "public" setting.
- Change LR4 settings to default to "friends/family", tell it not to update all photos.
- Upload friends/family photos to flickr via LR4
- Forget you changed the privacy setting because it's a few days later
- Modify that public photo you posted first and click "republish".
The public photo will then go to friends/family only - and lose all the favorites, while retaining comments/views. ugh.

So I went to the Travel Town Museum that Sarlac mentioned. I must say, this is a gem within the Los Angeles area. I mean, free admission, free parking, and friendly staff. You can't find a combination like that any where in LA. One of the staff, an old man, told me to ignore the "Do Not Climb" sign and let the kids climb the train so I can get some good shots, haha.

I did this handheld, so couldn't lower the ISO. The sky's noisy, if I clean it up too much, the picture gets "muddy" and lose details
