Big Block go VROOOM!
Those of you that receive Outdoor Photographer or keep in tune with Canon propaganda have probably already seen this. But here's the shot that's on the cover of the "Beyond the Brochure" Canon ad that was included with this Month's Outdoor Photographer magazine. I'm pretty sure I did the bug eye thing when I first saw this.

The rest of this guy's work isn't too shabby either.

My uncle has some pretty good shots he has taken...He is an amateur photographer, does it on his spare time, but I think he's hardly an amateur...

I've been Canonized ;)
Your uncle has some very interesting photos, even though I couldn't go through them all. The 9/11 ones are eerily familiar. I found this one of reflection to be particularly interesting http://www.flickr.com/photos/coney_island_guy/11513890/

A friend of mine shot this one on Saturday.
The guy in the photo is another friend who has been fighting cancer. He could barely stand and hold the gun long enough for the photo, it's really taken a lot out of him. He was set on getting a good picture though, and I think that he got one.

Shoofin, the bris pics looked great! There was a picture, a few frames after the actual 'snip' where the by had this "What.......The Hell......... Did.....You...Just.....Do.....To.....Me?" look on his face! Priceless.

Big Block go VROOOM!
Maybe the wedding picture is supposed to show that they hired the trolly to take the wedding party around? If so, then it's a poor choice for the photographer to use as an example since the image will only make sense to the people who actually attended the wedding.

Well, that may be the case. And the trolley parked on the side of the road in the background would have been fine. The trolley appearing to be in motion, heading towards the couple as they embrace? No. That's my interpretation of it.
