I think Roger's still working on it but he has something up. check acurafest dot com as that's the link i saw in his sig.
to PM someone just click on the person's forum name. A menu will pop down and in there is an option to PM. However, i am not sure if it's disabled until you've gotten your post count up. Glad to hear you're helping us out with the event. Sorry for coming back at you hard too. Just making sure we're not getting idiots coming to the event and ruining it for all.

Calling Monday about a room. I didn't realize they would be reserved so quick. If I can't get a room I may be forced to drive to Vegas for a room.

just made reservations for the room, they still have rooms. All you have to do is tell them that you are there for AcuraFest2010 for the group rate. See you guys there!!

now to some bad news/or good news (depends how you look at it)... LOL
our reservation end date has been changed!
I was under the impression that the last day to reserve rooms at our special rate would be Oct 1st.... I was afraid that everyone would wait till the last minute to book, so I tried to work out the Oct 1st date. But since we already have around 30 rooms booked (as of yesterday WOOOO MF HOOOO!) they (the resort) decided to keep the standard "2 week before" policy.
So the FINAL DAY TO BOOK YOUR ROOMS AT THE $99 PRICE IS

Don't sleep on it guys, unless you don't mind the $150/night room rate after.
I will have mike update the first post with the revised info in red. PLUS I WILL POST THIS INFO on the next few pages as we get closer to our date.
