We book with the hotel directly right referencing the promo info?

some of us non acura owners have been members here longer than most acura members coming to the meet. i never had an acura in the first place and look at my join date, i was a lurker/minimal poster till 2-3 years ago. and ever since they stopped counting posts in the regional threads, my post count has remained the same, lol. i rarely venture of the regional threads. my bookmark brings me straight to the norcal section, haha.
Lastly, because of last years turn out, we decided to keep this more exclusive to Acura members only. We will be reaching out to Nsxprime, My8thGenAccord, and a few select other forums closely related to us. Please do not post this on other forums without approval from Roger or I.

Yep, that reference number will be all you need. Just call in, give them the special code, and they will know what discount to give you and where to place you.

WE ONLY HAVE UNTIL OCTOBER 1ST TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE $99 ROOM RATES.
After that the rooms we have as a part of our "block" will be released to the other event. The Resort has another event going on within the casino that day, directly for the Tribal members that own the Casino. If you do manage to get one before they take them, you will pay reg price $159. (Unless you use your AAA discount for $139)The rooms WILL sell out, if not by us, by them.
So you guys better book early, I just reviewed our list and we have 6 rooms booked already!

Perfectly fine. Read first post. Keep in mind that we are not discouraging any other Honda/Acura's from showing up but we do have to keep in mind this event is a bit more limited in space and also on the hospitality of the venue itself. So not to tarnish our names, we really don't need any immature visitors that have nothing to offer.
read that part too fast, thought there was a not in there. my apologies, im always up for meeting more honda/acura enthusists.so am I able to invite a few members from v6-p? I think some of them are members on here too.

^ UNFORTUNATELY NO. I wanted one also. The Tribe has them all booked for their VIP GUESTS for their personal event happening on the opposite side of the location. Once again I stress how important it is that we book early guys. I spent 2 months working out a deal with them for this date. They wanted to move our event one week sooner.
I wanted the 3 day weekend, & we finally got it.
