At What Cost?

Tonight is my night to pick up my NBP/ ebony AT! Am I the first with that combination? Test drove it last Saturday and was instantly smitten. I was lucky in that the dealer already had the exact car I wanted. To give you an idea of how much I had to have it, I traded in an '03 TL and, yes, I lost my shirt! It will be worth it each day, however, when I hop in this great car...

I'm with Justin. I switched from black, as much as I loved it, because it's not a Cleveland-friendly color during the winter. Won't be a Chicago-friendly color either during the winter.

Gorgeous color combo, though!!!

Thanks for everyone's comments. Am leaving shortly to pick up the car. Yes, black is a bitch, but I've had lots of cars in this color in this climate. I do keep the local carwash in business, however. No Navi. The damage was bad enough without another expense!

Heh heh - more SoCal people (especially natives) should do what you did. Then they'd be more appreciative of SoCal weather.

I always when the temperature falls below 65 degrees and the natives start wearing fucking winter coats and about how cold it is. Where I come from, on winter days where the temp gets up to about 45 degrees or so, people come outside wearing their shorts and T-shirts!

I LA.
