That's a bargain for such performance.

If you don't mind missing a couple of wheels go down to any Japanese motorcycle dealer, pick out any sport bike over 600cc and you have a 4s 0-60 and 11 s 1/4 mile vehicle that virtually no production car can touch.

This seems to be the trend these days, no-nonsense sport cars. Porsche is offering the stripped 911 GT with absolutely not electrical assist (power steering, yes, but nothing like ABS or traction). BMW has the M3 that is also stripped and was considered the quintessential sports car in many euro magazines.

Junkster, who just can't fall for the EVO looks.

I think it looks better without the wing. But with the black door handles, no audio system, and those funny levers sticking out of the doors you rotate around to roll down the windows .... I'll pass.

If you're going to take all the creature comforts out of a boring looking car, you need to stuff it with way more HP than this one is getting to make driving it worthwhile, IMHO.

Why buy a Evo look just like a base model Lancer..

I like it.

There's actually a low-wing option for the non-RS Evo.

Doesn't it come with 15" rims and not even A/C?

I don't get this car. And reviews so far say it's just too harsh to enjoy. Strictly track. Though being an EVO, it will sell like hotcakes.
