Ok I did some research and found out the A-Spec is just some dealer installed:
Lowering springs, bigger wheels, body kit, A-Spec badge and its a Canadian only type thing.

Am I missing something? Anyone have any pics?
I'd like to see this "TL A-Spec".

Yes, there is an A-Spec model of the 2003 TL that is Canadian only. However, there will be an A-Spec model of the 2004 TL as well, available in both the US and Canada. I think it is supposed to have a body kit, 18" wheels and lowering spring/shocks as well as an A-spec steering wheel.

 

A-Spec is the biggest secret going. No one has any pics and I do not think anyone has a release date.

We all have the details, but no pics or dates.

Please, someone, prove me wrong with some pics...

The A-spec is supposed to be a special package that is different than other accessory packages

 

Some of the kit is available seperately (mostly the body colored spoilers).

But look at the list of items. Suspension, Steering Wheel, Badge, & Brake Pads are only available via the kit.
