those wheels dont flow with the car at all. i dont know what it is about them but they just look so wrong on that car. also the A-pillar would have looked better if it was painted the body color. anyone know why the left it black?

 

^^ are you talking about the door knob? if it is then, thats just a tape to protect it? correct me if im wrong..

 

no, i meant the pillar that's between the door window and the windshield. it's black while the rest of the car is silver but i suppose that could just be a protection measure just like the bra on the front?

 

oh, I see where you are point it at. Yeah, they should paint the the hood too! that would look sweet.

 

Probably looks better black. Plus if you tint the windows every thing would flow better.

 

 

Well, why didn't they paint the pillars on TSX's or TL's?

 

I'm not a huge fan of this styling. I know it looks outdated, but I like the R34 Skyline better

Being that the G35 was sold in Japan as the Skyline, is this Skyline GTR going to be the R35 or the R36?

You can't see the plates because the nissan is moving faster than the hondas or other cars you recognize.

I'm sure shouting and waving is quite popular among the hot rod crowd of your generation, but I don't see it doing shit for todays market.

That car looks pretty big. I am betting with the AWD, large brakes, wheels, etc. that this thing is going to be roughly 3600lbs.

 

I agree, this car just LOOKS heavy. I can't wait to see it in person though.

I assume the 2 vents in the hood is to feed the turbochargers.

 

IMHO, the 911 Turbo is indeed the best benchmark on which to develop the new GT-R. Looks like I will be digging into the Home Equity till to make a purchase on this one.
