New 2004 CL also?

Can anyone tell me if there are plans to change the CL for 2004 like the TL was re-styled? I have seen all kinds of pics of the TL, but not a peep about the CL...

Geez, bite the guy's head off why don't you...He's new and asked a decent question.

Yes, the CL has dead and Acura has not mentioned any plans of a replacement so it will probably be a couple model years before we see a new coupe counterpart to the TL...but here's hoping it's sooner than later.

And welcome to the forum...noob...

Thanks to those that replied in a positive way. I am sorry that my life does not revolve around all the car models at Acura. Maybe I am spending too much time working and driving my car, and less time on the net?

Good point but once your here we got you,, Anyway the 2004 A-spec TL is a pretty good type-s they just don't admit it,, expect the 2 door to return in a couple of years, the Accord 2 dr v6 is a pretty close example of our car. They killed off the Vigor but had to have a 2 door, it was the CL. Now what will replace it is on the drawing boards. Fear Not, Honda likes to compete in all markets.

Does that not mean that our CL's will be more exclusive which in turn would mean that they would be worth more? No? Maybe?

I know a lot of people here will disagree with me here but I think the discontinuation is NOT going to help the value. If the car were designed as a limited edition then maybe. But it's being discontinued because few people wanted one. It's all supply and demand. The supply was there but not the demand. People aren't going to start buying them now just because they stopped making them. It's been a couple months since production stopped and there are still plenty at the local dealerships. IMHO

I think the end-of-production stigma will cease soon enough...but they certainly aren't going UP in value. I don't feel they will plummet either...You can already see the 2001's becoming more popular as they fall into the $20K & under pricing.

Now, the 6 speed will definitely be another matter...only 2700 made, etc. They are doing well at auction...noticeably better than the auto's...
