350Z Convertible First Official Photo
No laurel-resting around the Nissan shop: Less than a year after its 350Z coupe hit the market, Z buyers get an open-top option. The convertible Z, called the 350Z Roadster, debuts at the New York auto show in April and arrives in showrooms this summer.
The vehicle features a power-operated cloth top with glass rear window. Price for the drop-top version wasn't immediately available. The hardtop version is priced beginning at around $27,000.

You can almost have 3 Z verts for 1 SL500, just to put it in perspective.

Good question, though I doubt that right now. Of course the 330Cic is out there and if that is who they are targeting, then it does make sense. We'll see.

Actually now I hear more rumors (almost confirmation) of a G35 Ragtop. And people that supposedly seen it, sound very happy. People are calling for anyone interested to go put money down at their Infinity dealer.

Re: G35 convertible - I was told by an Infiniti salesman that there "absolutely" wouldn't be a drop-top G35 as it wouldn't fit into Infiniti's "image".
Not sure what that "image" is, but I imagine that it might undergo a little modification to include a convertible if Nissan sells a pile of them.

I want to see how that cheap interior holds up in the sun. They need to cover that interior as much as possible. Kia and Hyandai owners now how something to make fun off.

No soft top convertable looks good with their top up. The primary concern is top down styling. I don't think it looks any worse up than any other vert. But top down looks pretty hot. (Still like the coupes better)
