Hey, did any of you ever receive a TL brochure in the mail?
I ordered one through the website, but haven't received it yet. I don't really need it now since I got one from the dealership, but just thought I would ask.
No! I actually went on-line 2x and didn't get it. BUT they did add me to their email SPAM list unfortunately.

I haven't either. Maybe Newman kept mine.
The dealership was out of them too. And we even ended up buying one. I'd have to say that this is the first time we bought a car without seeing the brochure.

I ordered one on day one of the minisite...don't have mine yet either.
When will big corp's ever learn that slick marketing has to be backed up by quality fulfillment? We all know Acura's got great products, but sometimes they try about as hard as they can to make sure noone ever makes it into a dealership.
How hard is it to dump a database into a mailing queue and send out some brochures?

During my test drive there was a brochure between the drivers seat and the armrest. I meant to either ask for it or just take it but I forgot about it after the test drive. One dealership told me that they couldn't give out the brochures but that they would sit down with me and go over it. WTF is that all about??? I have a collection of brochures (A4, 3 series, 5 series, Passat, Maxima) but no TL (the car I really want). Pisses me off.

I too ordered mine the day the mini-site went live, and have not received it yet. I joked to my salesman that I'd not received it yet, even though I had already had the car. He said that Acura was reprinting due to the errors, but didn't know when they would be ready to send out.
I do have a TL brochure that I picked up at the dealer the day they arrived there.

I too ordered on-line but it never arrived. My salesman did send me one in the mail though. Was going to take it back when I ordered my car (SSM/Quartz/Navi/5AT) because they were out but decided to keep it afterall in case of future sale.

Maybe they are reprinting ALL the errors in the first copy (which I have
) that is why it is taking sooo long.
Boy, did they make a lot of errors, in printed material (sticker, brochure, press releases, owners manual).
Yes, even the owners manual has incorrect info - many typos, and incorrect overall length - I will have to ask them to give me my extra 3" please!!! States overall length is 189.someting (maybe 189.2)

I called Acura today to complain that I did not receive a TL brochure ordered from their web site. The rep said they were having problems with the web site and a lot of the brochure requests were lost (sounds like a lame excuse). Said they will be sending one to me immediately. The rep also claimed Acura does not send email updates on various models. I thought their web site asked if we wanted email updates. Does anybody recall this?

Never received one. I finally picked one up today at the dealer when I returned to buy all-weather floor mats. It was an old one with the errors in it. I only picked it up because the car has gotten such interest that I'm going to carry it in the car with me.

They did not Lose any brochure orders b/c I ordered the first day the mini-site went live too. I never got my brochure, but they have no problem sending me junk email from their internet sales person. They would not have ever gotten my email if the orders were lost. Tell the truth, I hate lying salepeople. Anyway... I got one at the dealership on Saturday, they had about 200 left (out of 500 originally received).

Little late but I received my brochure today! I guess better late than never. It did have two little brochures with it that I didn't get at the dealership -- one is the DVD-A list and the other is just a foldout marketing thing describing the technology in the car.

I still have yet to get my brochure but picked one up tonight when I ordered my AT NBP/Ebony. Kind of excited that my dealership is moving in two weeks into an all-new facility which will be the biggest Acura dealership in the country in terms of square footage. Should have the car in ten days!

I got mine on Monday (11/3) as well. Funny thing is I thought it was taking so long due the printing errors in the brochure (mirrors with turn signal indicators, etc.), but the brochure I got still has the wrong info.
