what do you guys think about putting the 3M clear bra on the TL...

i live in NJ and the roads are a mess.. so i figured this would be the best protection for my ride against little stones and what not..

also, anyone know of any places in northern NJ that installs it and how much it cost around?

I had one put on my DMM....looks great. I also had them do that chrome piece at the front edge of the hood. Doesn't show there at all. I'm guessing that section will get its fair share of chips.

I had the go back 12 inches on the hood, over the fenders a bit, and on the backs of the mirrors. They didn't use a kit piece, rather cut it themselves. Total cost $185.

I saw a thread on acura-tl.com where someone in Portland, OR paid $580 or something like that. He said he thought it was a good deal. Not sure about Portland, but in the Denver, CO area you've got to have one and many people specialize in these. Have had on both my previous MDXs and wouldn't do without one.
