I know everybody knows this, but I'll say it anyway
The stock TSX outhandles almost all cars in its class (look at the skidpad numbers). I know, I know, at the limits the torque steer from the front drive setup is a bother, but let's table that discussion.
Why would anybody spend $3,000 primarily on accessories to improve handling when this car really needs more go-fast parts?
It must be the special A-spec steering wheel and badges.

lol i have the money to get both i choose the tsx casue i donot like the new tl body styles and the interior isnt as nice..the tsx is a much nicer lookin car it just doesnt win in hp thats all ic are about for the tsx and i think if they make a aspec for the tsx it will have a big engine change but thats just me
A-spec package TSX's will be in showrooms later this Spring. They are already on order at some dealerships. Mine has 3 on order now. Looks to be the same deal as the RSX and TL. All looks and handling.... no power mods.

saw the RSX A-spec at my local dealership this morning...looks ok, nothing special about it...just underbody kit, high spoiler, sport suspension, and 17" rims...they were charging $4200 for the package...didnt take pix but there are some here

I like the A-spec look. It's not like "OH MY GAWD, FRIED RICES!!!!!!!" but the look is a little sportier than stock. I also like that you have a sportier look without sacrificing the everyday drivability like you would dropping down the car until the kit is less than an inch off the car. I'm a bad enough driver as it is, I'm afraid I'd bottom out the factory kit with frRICEning regularity, much less anything less than 6" off the ground.

OEM suspension components would also be very nice.
