What do you guys think? I'm debating over the Xtant A4004 or JL 300/4.

 

I love my JL but I have never heard the xtant...

 

This guy I know, who really knows his stuff on stereos, says that the JL amps are the best amps available right now, but I personally have never heard either, so I guess its a matter of your preference.

 

Get the JL, it will have more power than you will ever need.

No prob...also the 500/1 is the one i have for the subs...its a bad bitch as well.

 

Thanks Nova...I got my JL300/4 running Boston RC620s and RM9s in the rear - this shit sounds sweet! Although I could have got the JL500/5, I don't need a sub as the RM9s give good bass and I need my trunk space.

 

The only thing I dont like about the 500/5 is it only gives 25W RMS to the rear ch. Its good if you just want some rear fill but I like a little more power to the back. Glad you like it!

 

should've read sooner...xtant is actually a high end brand...very good quality...as well as eclipse amps...very good quality and they can take high preamp voltage that other amps won't be able to do at this moment.
