what's up, fellas. i am new to the site and was wondering if any of you encountered a source that has a wire harness kit suitable for a CLtype S with NAVI. i understand that there is currently a kit for one w/o NAVI. a guy at one shop told me that the stock head unit is deeply integrated with the NAVI that i would have to run a separate audio system. does anybody know what happens if i eliminate the stock radio from the system will the NAVI still function at all? ultimately, i plan to keep the NAVI running while hooking up a separate DIN size pioneer screen for a PS2. please help!

thanx for your response, dude. this might sound dumb, but, is an RF modulator that they mention in the thread similar to one used for universal CD changers where they hookup to the FM antenna wire? the price is steep. but i guess if that is what it takes to get the job done, well.....

 

Yes, Or the same as the XM Modulated. If you pickup an aftermarket headunit, you can hardwire the DVD to the Headunit.
