Would either one of these adapters work for the TSX?
I know a lot of people have installed RCA inputs to listen to their MP3/IPOD players with this adapater:

but I found this while I was searching for sirius radios for my car, would this work too?

For those who have used the SNHOND3, does the other one looks like it'll plug into the aux of the TSX?

I have never seen or heard of that cheaper adapter! And I wouldn't count on it working. I am pretty sure you would need the snhond3 or I think blitzsafe makes an adapter for the 04 as well.

I don't think that cheaper adapter will work. I think that is for 98-02 accords, the new civics, and the new RSX. I would call/email the sellers to confirm.
I just installed that adapter in my sister's RSX and it plugged in right next to the harness on teh back of the OEM deck. The harness for the TSX plugs into the bottom of the OEM deck.
