I wana get this AMP http://efobics.com/audiobahn/ to power my 12" alpine type R sub, the sub is 300 RMS 1000 Peak

no, that particular model of the intake amps from audiobahn would not be strong enough to push your alpine12, if anything, get the a8000t intake amp from audiobahn if you want a cheap audiobahn amp

i have an alpine 10" type r, 4ohms+4ohms, if your 12 is 4+4 as well, than go with a Rockford Fosgate 301M Mono Amp...

...then wire the sub in parallel, showing the amp a 2 ohm load, and getting the full 300 watts out of it, the same rms as your sub. Its a great amp too, doesnt get hot, compact size, pretty inexpensive.
