Anyone know how to bypass the parking brake wiring so a Pioneer DVD monitor will function while the car is in motion. Is it just a 12V signal or will I need something different???

Heres what you do, hook that wire up to the same point where you hooked up your ground wire. When you hook it up to your parking brake it only grounds when your parking brake is activated, thus if u hook it up to the same point your ground is, its constantly grounded
