Will it void any warranty?

I'm going to be putting in the clarion dvd touch screen and dvd player, but the shop says they will have to take out the factory radio system bcause there isn't enough room. Will this void any type of warranty?

well if ur planing on using the stock speakers and you blow them then no it wont be covered under warranty
