Will dvd displayed onto an 03 cl-s navigation screen look good?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me their experiences with video being displayed onto their navigation screen with the use of a device like navigation tv does by interupting the rgb signal. I am not sure if it is worth it to spend 350 for one of the those units that allows me to use the navigation screen plus 100 for a dvd player. Or I should just by the eclipse all in one unit. Also has anyone been able to still use the voice part of the navigation with an aftermarket reciever? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Mike

I just finished my conversion with the Pioneer AVC-RBG mod (old-school but cheap). Picture quality looks like any other screen I've had (Pioneer AVX-P7000CD and Alpine IVA-D900) just smaller.

Like I stated, I've other screen in my car and the mod of navigation conversion is worth it. I like it better that any other unit I've had for the simple fact of it looks like Acura installed it.

Picture quality is real nice though. I could email you pics once I get a DVD player in it if you PM your email address...
