Wierd problem w/ system

Hi all, I just got my sub and amp hooked up yesterday and I love it, it POUNDS!
Anyways, I had a small problem, when I turn the car off, the sub goes crazy and it's like it releases tons of bass. It only lasts for like 3 or 4 seconds but I'm wondering why it does this and if there's any way to fix it. I got it installed at a reputable shop and everything works beautifully until I turn the car off. If I turn the radio off about 5 seconds before I turn the car off it won't do it. Any ideas or suggestions? The sub is a Rockford Fosgate P3 http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....69302879391and the amp is a Kenwood KAC-9102D http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1099388637322
. I don't know if that will make a difference. Thanks for any help.

I think it's the remote signal could also be a ground.. Either way take it back to the shop who did the work and they should be able to fix..

I think that they must have used "Signal Sensing" instead of a remote turn on wire.

i know that there is some kind of signal killer for speakers - it's some sort of signal delay thing to get rid of leftover power. talk to elderino. he would know.
