whining engine noise

I've used the search button and read alot about groundloop and parallel wiring and all that.. but i still have no clue what is causing the acceleration noise in my new speakers. Maybe someone here is kind enough to help me. Let me first explained what i did.

1. i rewired all the speaker wires with new wires from the speakers itself to the amp ( mtx 684- 4 channel).

2. From the head unit i connected 4 wires from the HU to an audio control.(3.1). I got it off the blue part of the clip. not sure as if this is before the eq or not. You guys talk about it before and after. but never in detail so i have no idea.

3. From the audio control. i ran the rca cables back to the amp on the passenger side. The power wire is run through the driver side with the left side speaker wires. Also there is a remote wire that is run through there..

*the power wire( constant power?) wire is also run through the power wire from the left side. to my audio control.

with the music turned off there is still a noise comign from my speakers.. when i accelerate there is still noise. Even if i have my HU off there is noise!!!

would changing my HU to an aftermarket one solve the problem?
thanks for answering my question
