Where to tap in the LOC on 3G for amp and sub?

I have searched everywhere for this info, but still can't find it. Got an 05 TL with navi and I'm trying to install and aftermarket amp and sub. Where does the line out coverter tap into, which wires? And where do you guys tap in the remote wire if somewhere other than the fuses? Someone told me that all those wires to tap in can be found at the sub, correct me if I'm wrong.
Should I remove the old sub?

Thanks in advance.

When I had my stock hu on my 97 cl I went in behind the stock hu, it sounded better and more clear than at the speakers. Not sure if this helps

Unless you bought a LOC designed to handle amplified signals, you need to tap into the wires as close to the factory hu as possible.

I think that these speakers have stock amps, so the headunit doesn't have +/- wires coming out of them directly to the speakers. That's why I can't figure out which wires to tap into.

Hope that helps. If you do the install and can snap some pics to throw a DIY together it would be appreciated by many on the site.
