I have a '03 TL-S and overall pretty happy with the stock Bose system however one of the rear door speakers is blown. I contacted Bose and they said try Acura. My closest Acura dealer which is over an hour away wants $124 for the speaker and a total of $165 if they install it. Does anyone know where I can pick up just the replacement speaker and drop it in myself? And is $124 what these should cost or is Acura marking it up?

...dats nutz for a damn speaker....i would jus swap out the speakers and get aftermarkets...for that price of one speaker u can almost get the whole set u need...

 

i have all 4 Bose speakers that I can get rid of if you want. some of the plastic spacer things are broken but you can just swap the ones from your original to these. $30 plus shipping, which shouldn't bee too much i dont think. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

 

Check Azine black market, I am sure many members have them laying around.

don't waste your time with stock stuff. if it's blown just go get an aftermarket 6.5 (if it's the same as the front) and drop it in.. only takes up your time and you get better sound too.
