I ordered a bunch from madhousediscs.com, they are a pleasure to deal with, but you've got to be careful about what will play on the TL system some dvd-a's are really dvd audio/video and those won't play.

One of the best I've heard is Hotel California (Eagles)

There doesn't seem to be a huge selection, hopefully more will be produced

 

I just stopped in to Borders Books for dvd-a's, and the selection was IMO (to say the least) poor. they have lots of dance music, but not too many by popular artists. Of course your hearing from a guy that likes John Denver and classic country music, so my opinion probable doesn't count. Ha Ha.

 

Went to Virgin Mega Store and found a great selection of DVD-A's. You can also order them online at www.virginmega.com. Picked up Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Yes, Shiroq (on Acura Demo DVD-A) and even an '80s New Wave compilation.

 

Just went to Virginmega.com and found 4 dvd-a's. If you mean the actual store has a good selection, ok. However the web site does not.

Of course it could be that I made the wrong query, but I don't think I did.

 

OOOPPPPSSSS. Sorry about my previous post. A little more searching on virginmega.com and I found the dvd-a section.

First go to music, then go to dvd, and when you get there, click on dvd audio. There are many, many titles to choose from.

I went to my local Best Buy, and the pickin's are slim. That is of course if you like music other than hard rock, and classical. Although I did see an "album" by Faron Young. I know who he is, does anybody else?

As I said, there are (IMO) very few choices for dvd-a's. I guess we will have to wait a bit longer for more to be released.

 

I'm sure it has been asked before, but I don't have my TL yet and was wondering; does the cd system play regular cd's?

 

Yes, the system does play regular CDs.
